Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Apex Plan Solutions website (apexplansolutions.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

Services

Apex Plan Solutions LLC provides plan check correction response packages, pre-submittal plan reviews, zoning and code research, material takeoffs, and related construction documentation services. Our services are described on our website and in individual quotes provided to you.

What We Do

• Draft code-cited responses to plan check correction letters
• Prepare resubmittal packages formatted for your jurisdiction
• Provide coordination memos and instructions for items requiring professional stamps
• Conduct pre-submittal plan reviews, zoning research, and material takeoffs

What We Do Not Do

• We are not the Engineer of Record or Architect of Record for any project
• We do not stamp, seal, or sign any drawings or documents
• Items requiring a licensed professional's stamp are routed to your design professional with clear instructions

Orders and Payments

By placing an order through our website, you agree to pay the quoted price for the selected service. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

• Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Prices are based on the information you provide; if the scope changes, we will contact you with an updated quote before proceeding
• We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion

Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround for correction response packages is 48 hours. The clock starts when we have your correction letter, plan set, and payment. If a project requires additional time due to complexity, we will notify you before beginning work.

Money-Back Guarantee

If your correction response package is not delivered on time, or a response we authored is rejected by the jurisdiction for a citation error, we will rework it at no charge or refund the package price. This guarantee does not cover:

• Items requiring a licensed professional's stamp that were routed to your design team
• Rejections due to changes in code, policy, or jurisdiction requirements after our response was submitted
• Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client

Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information, including correction letters, plan sets, and permit numbers
• Review deliverables before filing with the jurisdiction
• Ensure that any items requiring a licensed professional's stamp are properly addressed by your design team

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Apex Plan Solutions LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Deliverables produced for your project become your property upon full payment.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex Plan Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apex Plan Solutions LLC, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of inaccurate information.

Text Messages (SMS)

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Placer County, California.
